(a) Commercial. No accumulation of commercial solid waste shall be placed out for collection prior to the time specified by the Director of Public Works, and all receptacles shall be taken in immediately following collection.
(b) Residential. No accumulation of solid waste shall be placed out for collection at the curb prior to 8:00 p.m. of the day preceding the designated collection day, and all receptacles must be taken in prior to 8:00 p.m. of the day of collection.
