1060.19 ACCUMULATION OF SOLID WASTE.

No person shall permit solid waste to accumulate upon his or her premises beyond a regular collection day. Every person in charge of premises shall properly prepare all solid waste as provided in this chapter and place it out as required in this chapter for the next regular collection.
