1060.17 HAZARDOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE SOLID WASTE.
   No hazardous solid waste shall be collected by the City. Hazardous solid waste shall be transported by the owner, responsible person or agent to the disposal site as directed by the Manager of the incinerator or by the Director of Public Works. Hazardous and unacceptable material includes the following:
   (a)   Hazardous materials or substances such as radioactive materials, drugs, poisons, acids, caustics, infected materials, explosives and any material of any kind, including ashes, that contains hot live coals or fire; and
   (b)   Unacceptable solid waste such as construction solid waste resulting from the demolition or wrecking of buildings and structures, or from the excavation, construction, remodeling or altering of buildings or structures, industrial solid waste, tree stumps weighing in excess of fifty pounds and logs or tree limbs over eight inches in diameter or three feet in length.
   (c)   Such other solid waste as may be from time to time excluded in the discretion of the Director of Public Works.
