1060.06 REVOCATION OF PERMITS.

The Director of Public Works or the City Manager may revoke permits for private collection issued under this chapter, without notice, for any violation of this chapter, and the Director may revoke any such permit at any time, without notice, when, in his or her opinion, such revocation would be in the best interests of the City.
