1046.02 RATES.
   (a)   Industrial and Commercial Consumers. 
      (1)   General service rate. The general service rate for industrial and commercial consumers shall be as follows:
         A.   Customer service charge   $16.00
         B.   First 165 Kwh per KW of billing demand per Kwh   .1369
         C.   Next 85 Kwh per KW of billing demand per Kwh   .0341
         D.   Over 250 Kwh per KW of billing demand per Kwh   .0151
      (2)   Billing demand in KW. The billing demand for the month shall be the greatest of:
         A.   The measured demand from the highest KW registration of a thermal or thirty-minute integrating type meter;
         B.   5.0 KW
   (b)   Residential Service. The rates for residential electric services shall be as follows:
      (1)   Customer service charge   $3.00
      (2)   First 500 Kwh per Kwh   .085
      (3)   All over 500 Kwh per Kwh   .07

   (c)   Light Commercial Consumers. Light commercial consumers with a Kwh usage from 1 to 1,200 Kwh and a demand under five will be billed at a demand of 3.5 or the actual demand reading above 3.5 at the rate of:
      (1)   Consumer service charge   $16.00
      (2)   First 165 Kwh per KW of billing demand per Kwh   .1369
      (3)   Next 85 Kwh per KW of billing demand per Kwh   .0341
      (4)   Over 250 Kwh per KW of billing demand per Kwh   .0151
