1024.01 CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR; PERMIT REQUIRED.

No person shall construct, reconstruct and/or repair a sidewalk except in conformity with standards and specifications promulgated by the Department of Engineering and Building, and only after a permit therefor has been issued by such Department.
