1022.05 MERCHANDISE, SIGNS AND MATERIALS IN RIGHTS OF WAY.

No person shall place any merchandise, material, sign or construction materials in or upon a public right of way without first obtaining permission to do so from the Director of the Department of Engineering and Building.
