1022.04 DROPPING OR LEAKING VEHICLE LOADS.

No person shall drop, leave or scatter on any right of way in the City any coal, sand, dirt, gravel, brick, scrap material or any other material or substance that is being hauled or carted about in a truck, trailer, wagon or cart or any other vehicle.
