869.99 PENALTY.

A person who violates any provision of this chapter or the terms or conditions of a permit is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable in accordance with Section 202.99 of the City Code. Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit the remedies available to the City in the event of a violation by a person of this chapter or a permit.
