828.13 USE OF SPECIAL LIGHTS AND STOP ARM ON ICE CREAM TRUCKS.

The driver of an ice cream truck stopped on any street for the purpose of vending shall actuate the special flashing lights and extend the stop signal arm required by Section 828.11. Such lights and stop signal arm shall not be used if the truck is in motion or if the truck is stopped for a purpose other than vending.
