809.26 LIABILITY OF GRANTEES FOR UNLAWFUL PROGRAMMING.
   A grantee or its agents shall not be held liable in damages for or on account of any unlawful programming cablecast over the facilities of the grantee by any person whose cablecast is not, under the provisions of any law of the United States or any regulation, ruling or order of the Federal Communications Commission, subject to censorship or control by the grantee.
