809.23 AUTHORIZATION TO TRANSMIT REQUIRED.

A grantee shall not transmit any signal to or from any dwelling or any other building without the express authorization of the owner of said dwelling or other building. Where said owner has leased said dwelling or other building or a portion thereof, said express authorization shall be obtained from the lessee and not from the owner.
