809.11 STATEMENTS OF COMPLIANCE AND NONCOMPLIANCE REQUIRED.

(a) A grantee shall file with the City Clerk, annually, a notarized statement certifying substantial compliance with the customer service standards set forth in Section 809.10.

(b) A grantee in noncompliance shall, on a quarterly basis, file a statement outlining areas of non-compliance along with a remedial plan.
