678.04 SUSPENSION OF OPERATOR’S OR CHAUFFEUR’S LICENSE.

The Secretary of State shall suspend the operator’s or chauffeur’s license of an individual convicted of violating Sections 678.01(b), 678.01(c), or 678.02 as provided in Section 319 of the Michigan Vehicle Code, 1949 PA 300, MCL 257.319.
