No person shall sell, give or furnish any cigarette, cigar, chewing tobacco, tobacco snuff or tobacco in any other form to a person under eighteen years of age. A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment for not more than 90 days or a combination of both for each offense.
