676.02 STROBE LIGHTS NEAR STREETS.
   (a)   No person shall, on premises owned, managed, rented or controlled by himself or herself, permit, use or allow to be used a strobe light(s) or similar blinking or flashing light (except Christmas type decorations between November 15 and January 5) within 100 feet of any road, street or highway used by the public.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section shall be responsible for a Municipal civil infraction, punishable by a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
