The Police Department, Fire Department and the Building and Engineering Department are hereby authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter. The Police, Fire and Building and Engineering Departments and their deputies, agents and inspectors are empowered to perform the duties and functions and are hereby given like authority of regularly appointed police officers of the City in the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter.
