666.01 UNLAWFUL CONGREGATIONS.
   (a)   As used in this section, "crowd" means any group of three or more persons.
   (b)   No person shall unnecessarily jostle or roughly crowd any other person.
   (c)   No person shall join with other persons in a crowd or group for unlawful or mischievous purposes or to the annoyance or inconvenience of any other person.
