660.10 MISUSE OF CREDIT CARDS.

No person shall display or use a credit card for the purpose of obtaining goods, services or accommodations of a value of one hundred dollars ($100.00) or less on credit with intent to defraud the person or organization extending credit in reliance on such credit card, nor shall any person use a lost or stolen card for such fraudulent purpose.
