606.01 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE DEFINED.

As used in this chapter, "alcoholic beverage" means alcoholic liquor, beer, wine and spirits, as defined in Section 2 of Act 8 of the Public Acts of 1933, Extra Session, as amended.
