(a) No person shall knowingly and willfully aid or abet a child under the age of seventeen years to violate an order of the Juvenile Court or knowingly and willfully conceal or harbor juvenile runaways who have taken flight from the custody of the court, from their parent or parents or from their legal guardian or legal guardians.
(b) It shall be a misdemeanor for anyone to violate any of the provisions of subsection (a) hereof.
