It shall be unlawful for any person to make misrepresentations as to his or her identity, whether by statement, through the use of false, forged or altered identification or through presentation of identification of another, with intent to obstruct the due execution of the law, or with intent to obstruct, hinder or interfere with any officer in the legal performance of his or her duty.
