CHAPTER 298 District Court

EDITOR'S NOTE: Violations of Municipal ordinances, resolutions, rules and regulations are prosecuted in the Twenty-Ninth Judicial District Court. Equitable remedies are pursued in courts of competent jurisdiction.

There are no sections in Chapter 298. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
