CHAPTER 242 Department of Engineering and Building

EDITOR'S NOTE: This chapter was repealed by implication by the adoption by Council of an unnumbered resolution on June 19, 1984, establishing a Department of Public Services, combining the Department of Public Works and the Department of Engineering and Building.

Motion 02-96-0112, adopted in February 1996, re-established the Department of Engineering and Building as an independent public body not under the direction of the Department of Public Services.

There are no sections in Chapter 242. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
