CHAPTER 237 Department of Public Services (Repealed)

EDITOR'S NOTE: An unnumbered resolution, passed by Council on June 19, 1984, established a Department of Public Services in and for the City, combining the Department of Public Works and the Department of Engineering and Building.

Motion 02-96-0112, adopted in February, 1996, re-established the Department of Public Works and the Department of Engineering and Building as independent public bodies and, by implication, dissolved the Department of Public Services.
