Persons holding the following positions with the City, upon directive of the City Manager, are authorized to issue appearance citations for violations of City ordinances, pursuant to Public Act No. 366 of 1984:
(a) Deputy Director - Department of Public Safety/Fire Division;
(b) Director of Public Services;
(c) Director of Public Works;
(d) Fire Marshal and his or her assistants performing the Fire Marshal function;
(e) Building Official and Building Inspectors working under the supervision of the Building Official;
(f) Animal Control Officer; and
(g) Ordinance Officer.
