All trades are entitled to one inspection and one re-inspection to ensure correction of violations. Any work not repaired at the time of re-inspection, or work not ready or available for inspection at the time inspection is requested, will necessitate an additional re-inspection and payment of a sixty dollar ($60.00) re-inspection fee. No further permit shall be issued by the Building Department to the person against whom such fees are assessed until payment of such inspection fee is made to the Treasurer, unless the person against whom the violation was written has proved to the satisfaction of the Department that the inability to have the installation ready for inspection was due to unusual circumstances which indicated no willful misconduct or carelessness on the part of the permittee or his or her workmen.
