(a) The following fees shall be charged for licensing and registration, or both, for the trades indicated. Fees shall be paid annually at the time of registration.
(1) Electrical contractor's license $25.00/per year
(2) Mechanical contractor's registration 15.00 (until expiration of contractor's license)
(3) Plumbing contractor's registration 15.00 (until expiration of contractor's license)
(4) Residential builder's registration fee 25.00/per year
Residential builder's maintenance and alteration registration fee 25.00/per year
(b) All licenses and registrations shall expire on December 31 of the year for which they are issued and shall be renewed before any permits will be issued, except in the case where State licenses may not be issued until a later date, in which case a 60-day grace period may be observed.
