210.01 PAYMENT OF FEES.

(a) The fees provided for in this chapter shall be paid to the Treasurer of the City, or to such department, officer or employee of the City as the Treasurer may from time to time designate.

(b) No license or permit referred to in this chapter shall be issued until the fee indicated therefor has been paid, as provided in subsection (a) hereof.
