Voting precincts in the City are hereby established as follows:
(a) Precinct No. 1. The first voting precinct shall include the following area:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of the City of Wayne, at the intersection of Van Born Road and Hannan Road, being in the southwest quarter of Section 31, Town Two South, Range Nine East, Wayne County, Michigan, and proceeding thence north along the westerly line of the City of Wayne, being the centerline of Hannan Road to the centerline of the Rouge River; thence easterly along the centerline of the Rouge River to the centerline of a railroad right of way that runs north and south; thence south along the centerline of the railroad right of way that runs north and south to the centerline of west bound Michigan Avenue (US-12); thence easterly along the centerline of west bound Michigan Avenue (US-12) to the centerline of Wayne Road; thence southerly along the centerline of Wayne Road to the southerly line of the City of Wayne, being the centerline of Van Born Road; thence west along the southerly line of the City of Wayne, being the centerline of Van Born Road to the Point of Beginning.
(b) Precinct No. 2. The second voting precinct shall include the following area:
Beginning on the southerly line of the City of Wayne, at the intersection of Van Born Road and Wayne Road, being in the southeast quarter of Section 32, Town Two South, Range Nine East, Wayne County, Michigan, and proceeding thence northerly along the centerline of Wayne Road to the centerline of a railroad right of way that runs east and west; thence easterly along the centerline of the railroad right of way that runs east and west to the centerline of 2nd Street; thence south along the centerline of 2nd Street to the centerline of Forest Avenue; thence east along the centerline of Forest Avenue to the centerline of Carnegie Street; thence south along the centerline of Carnegie Street to the centerline of Glover Street; thence east along the centerline of Glover Street to the east line of vacated Carnegie Street; thence south along the east line of vacated Carnegie Street to the southerly line of the City of Wayne, being the centerline of Van Born Road; thence west along the southerly line of the City of Wayne, being the centerline of Van Born Road to the Point of Beginning.
(c) Precinct No. 3. The third voting precinct shall include the following area:
Beginning on the northerly line of the City of Wayne, at the intersection of Glenwood Road and Venoy Road, being in the southwest quarter of Section 27, Town Two South, Range Nine East, Wayne County, Michigan, and proceeding thence south along the centerline of Venoy Road to the centerline of Annapolis Street; thence west along the centerline of Annapolis Street to the centerline of Carnegie Street; thence north along the centerline of Carnegie Street to the centerline of Forest Avenue; thence west along the centerline of Forest Avenue to the centerline of 2nd Street; thence north along the centerline of 2nd Street to the centerline of a railroad right of way that runs east and west; thence westerly along the centerline of the railroad right of way that runs east and west to the centerline of Wayne Road; thence northerly along the centerline of Wayne Road to the northerly line of the City of Wayne, being the centerline of Glenwood Road; thence east along the northerly line of the City of Wayne, being the centerline of Glenwood Road to the Point of Beginning.
(d) Precinct No. 4. The fourth voting precinct shall include the following area:
Beginning at the southeasterly corner of the City of Wayne, at the intersection of Van Born Road and Merriman Road, being in the southeast quarter of Section 34, Town Two South, Range Nine East, Wayne County, Michigan, and proceeding thence west along the southerly line of the City of Wayne, being the centerline of Van Born Road to the east line of vacated Carnegie Street; thence north along the east line of vacated Carnegie Street to the centerline of Glover Street; thence west along the centerline of Glover Street to the centerline of Carnegie Street; thence north along the centerline of Carnegie Street to the centerline of Annapolis Street; thence east along the centerline of Annapolis Street to the easterly line of the City of Wayne, being the centerline of Merriman Road; thence south along the easterly line of the City of Wayne, being the centerline of Merriman Road to the Point of Beginning.
(e) Precinct No. 5. The fifth voting precinct shall include the following area:
Beginning on the easterly line of the City of Wayne, at the intersection of Annapolis Street and Merriman Road, being in the northeast quarter of Section 34, Town Two South, Range Nine East, Wayne County, Michigan, and proceeding thence west along the centerline of Annapolis Street to the centerline of Venoy Road; thence north along the centerline of Venoy Road to the northerly line of the City of Wayne, being the intersection of Glenwood Road and Venoy Road; thence east along the northerly line of the City of Wayne, to the easterly line of the City of Wayne, being the centerline of Merriman Road; thence south along the easterly line of the City of Wayne, being the centerline of Merriman Road to the Point of Beginning.
(f) Precinct No. 6. The sixth voting precinct shall include the following area:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of the City of Wayne, at the intersection of Glenwood Road and Hannan Road, being in the southwest quarter of Section 30, Town Two South, Range Nine East, Wayne County, Michigan, and proceeding thence east along the northerly line of the City of Wayne, being the centerline of Glenwood Road to the centerline of Wayne Road; thence southerly along the centerline of Wayne Road to the centerline of west bound Michigan Avenue (US-12); thence westerly along the centerline of west bound Michigan Avenue (US-12) to the centerline of a railroad right of way that runs north and south; thence north along the centerline of the railroad right of way that runs north and south to the centerline of the Rouge River; thence westerly along the centerline of the Rouge River to the westerly line of the City of Wayne, being the centerline of Hannan Road; thence north along the westerly line of the City of Wayne, being the centerline of Hannan Road to the Point of Beginning.
