Nomination for elected officers in the City shall be by nonpartisan nominating petition. The form of petition and required signatures thereon shall be as provided in the City Charter. Such petitions shall be filed at the office of the City Clerk not earlier than the fourteenth Tuesday nor later than the twelfth Tuesday prior to the odd-year primary election.
