The territory within the boundaries of said City of Wayne shall be as follows:
All the tract of land situated in the Township of Nankin, County of Wayne, State of Michigan, known and described as follows, viz:
All of Sections 31, 32, 33 and 34 and the south part of Sections 28, 29, 30 and part of Section 27, being all of the south 1/2 and a small triangular portion of Norwayne Subdivision No. 5 of part of the west 1/2 of Section 27, Town 2 South, Range 9 East, Nankin Township, Wayne County, Michigan, Liber 75, Page 92, Wayne County Records, lying north of the east and west 1/4 line of said Section 27, said boundary being more particularly described as land being bound by the following described lines:
All boundaries in this description enclose land in Town 2 South, Range 9 East, Nankin Township, Wayne County Michigan; beginning at the southwest corner of Section 31, thence easterly along the south line of Sections 31, 32, 33 and 34 to the southeast corner of Section 34, thence northerly along the east line of Sections 34 and 27 to the intersection with the east and west 1/4 line of said Section 27, thence westerly along the east and west 1/4 line of said Section 27 to the intersection of said line with the northerly line of Norwayne Subdivision No. 5 of part of the west 1/2 of Section 27, Town 2 South, Range 9 East, Nankin Township, Wayne County, Michigan, thence westerly along the northerly line of said Norwayne Subdivision No. 5 to the intersection of said line with the east and west 1/4 line of Section 27, thence westerly along the east and west 1/4 line of Sections 27, 28, 29 and 30 to the intersection of said line with the west line of Section 30, thence southerly along the west line of Sections 30 and 31 to the southwest corner of Section 31, the point of beginning.
