§ 92.06 IMPOUNDMENT PROCEDURE.
   The Dog Warden or the County Sheriff shall seize and impound any dogs and cats found in the city running at large in violation of § 92.03 (A). To enforce this subchapter, the Dog Warden or Sheriff may enter upon any private premises in pursuit of a dog running at large, except that the Dog Warden or County Sheriff shall not enter upon the private property of the owner of a dog which has been running at large without a search warrant except in the case of an emergency. No person shall in any manner molest, hinder or interfere with the official Dog Warden, any County Deputy, any police officer or any animal warden employed directly or by contract with the city to capture animals and convey them to the animal pound while the person is engaged in the occupation.
