During the first year of operation, the members shall serve the following terms of office: one member for one year, one member for two years, one member for three years, and one member for four years. The terms of office will run for a three-year term thereafter. The term of office of the board member from the Planning Commission will run concurrently with his or her Planning Commission term. The Parks Superintendent and Council member will be appointed on an annual basis by the City Council.
