(A) Attendance at regularly scheduled meetings in mandatory. At least 75% of all scheduled meetings per calendar year must be attended. If absences from meetings exceed the requirement and the absences are determined to be of an unnecessary nature, the Commission may ask for the resignation of the member who has not met the meeting requirement.
(B) The Park Commission shall meet on a monthly schedule. The monthly meeting date will be determined at the first Council meeting in January on an annual basis.
