(A) The offices of City Clerk and City Treasurer shall be combined and be known as the “City Clerk/Treasurer.”
(B) The duties of the Treasurer, as prescribed by the statutes, shall be performed by the incumbent of the Office of Clerk/Treasurer.
(C) The Clerk/Treasurer shall make provision for an annual audit of the city’s financial affairs by a certified public accountant in accordance with the minimum procedures prescribed by law.
