§ 31.04 ORDER OF BUSINESS.
   The order of business at the regular meetings of the City Council shall be conducted in the following manner:
   (A)   Call to order;
   (B)   Roll call;
   (C)   Approval of minutes;
   (D)   Public hearings;
   (E)   Petitions, claims and requests;
   (F)   Ordinances and resolutions;
   (G)   Reports of committees;
   (H)   Unfinished business;
   (I)   New business; and
   (J)   Adjournment.
