(A) Any person who rents a dwelling unit for a short-term rental period without a valid short-term rental permit issued by the city under this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.
(B) Any person who knowingly makes a false report to the city of a violation of this chapter by another is guilty of a misdemeanor.
