Upon the request of the enforcement officer, a responsible party or owner shall disclose the name of any other responsible party or owner known to him or her. This shall include specifically, but not exclusively, the persons for whom he or she is acting, from whom he or she is leasing the property, to whom he or she is leasing the property, with whom he or share shares joint ownership, or with whom he or she has any conveyancing contract.
