§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 90.15 through 90.27 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine and/or imprisonment as set forth in M.S. § 609.03, as may be amended.
   (B)   Any person convicted of violating any provision of § 90.61(D) is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,000 or imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both, plus the costs of prosecution in either case.
