§ 50.07 COMPOST SITE.
   (A)   The city operates and maintains a compost site for the disposal of leaves and small brush items by residents of the city.
   (B)   The following regulations govern the use of the facility:
      (1)   The compost site is available for use by city residents only. Surrounding city/township residents are not authorized to use the facility.
      (2)   Commercial use is prohibited.
      (3)   Only leaves, grass clippings, and small brush three inches in diameter or smaller are allowed. All other items are prohibited.
      (4)   Materials must be disposed of in an orderly manner in accordance with signage at the facility as follows: Grass, leaves, and garden plants only and placement of brush in the area indicated by signage; the city will chip. No stumps allowed.
      (5)   The hours of operation are as follows: 5:00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m. daily.
      (6)   A security camera may be used to monitor suspicious activity and identify unauthorized and inappropriate use of the facility.
