§ 153.326 YARDS; MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Front yard setbacks shall be 40 feet from the right-of-way line of federal and state highways.
   (B)   Front yard buildings setbacks shall be 30 feet from all other public rights-of-way, including county roads and city streets.
   (C)   Corner lots shall require front yard setbacks on all sides along a public street.
   (D)   Side yard setbacks shall be 15 feet.
   (E)   Rear yard setbacks shall be 30 feet 12
