The following uses shall require an interim use permit, as regulated in this chapter.
(A) Nurseries, not including greenhouses, truck gardens, displays, sales of agricultural products;
(B) Community based family-care home or day care homes not licensed by the state; and
(C) Multiple-family dwellings, as defined: two or less family dwellings.
