The following uses shall require an interim use permit, as regulated in this chapter:
(A) Automobile service stations, gasoline service stations, and automobile repair garages provided that no gasoline distribution station shall be located within 200 feet of a school, church, hospital or meeting place having seating capacity of more than 50 persons;
(B) Bars, taverns, including lounges, night clubs; and
(C) Automobile sales businesses provided that compliance is achieved with all pertinent sections of this subchapter.
