The following uses shall be permitted accessory uses in the district:
(A) Off-street parking and loading areas as regulated by the Waverly Zoning Ordinance.
(B) Commercial or business buildings for a use accessory to the principal use.
(C) Signs as regulated by the Waverly Zoning Ordinance.
