§ 153.152 APPLICATION.
   (A)   Planned unit developments shall only be permitted when they meet the provisions of § 153.221 for a planned unit development district.
   (B)   Planned unit developments shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of the conditional use permit section of this chapter.
   (C)   The Zoning Administrator may require additional information and documentation to aid in the processing of planned unit developments in a shoreland zone. This may include but is not limited to surface water features, existing and proposed vegetative detail, deed restrictions, covenants, owners association by-laws, details of water oriented uses, long term plans for preservation and maintenance of open space and similar information.
