§ 153.150 PERMITTED TYPES.
   (A)   Planned unit developments or PUDs are permitted for new projects on undeveloped land, redevelopment of previously built sites or conversions of existing buildings and land.
   (B)   The land use districts in which they are permitted are identified in the land use district descriptions in § 153.221 and on the official zoning map of the city.
