§ 153.120 ABROGATION AND GREATER RESTRICTIONS.
   It is not intended by this subchapter to repeal, abrogate or impair any existing easements, covenants or deed restrictions. However, where this subchapter imposes greater restrictions, the provisions of this subchapter shall prevail.
