§ 153.099 INTERIM USES.
   The following uses shall require an interim use permit, as regulated in this chapter.
   (A)   Contractors equipment and storage yards;
   (B)   Processing, cold storage plants, fertilizer plants, subject to PCA; and
   (C)   Community solar gardens.
