§ 153.044 INTERIM USES.
   The following uses shall require an interim use permit, as regulated in this chapter.
   (A)   Nurseries, not including greenhouses, truck gardens, displays, sales of agricultural products; and
   (B)   Multiple-family dwellings, as defined: two or less family dwellings.
